Rwanda Country Coordinating Mechanism

Oversight Committee

Grant oversight is a key function of the Rwanda Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM-RW). Its purpose is to ensure that Global Fund grants are implemented as planned, challenges and bottlenecks are identified and addressed, and results are achieved within agreed timelines.

The oversight committee provides CCM members with a strategic view of key macro financial, programmatic and management aspects of grants along with actionable recommendations. The oversight committee is composed of CCM members and external technical experts that provide support in different aspects in Global Fund grants performance.
