The Rwanda Country Coordinating Mechanism successfully completed its annual performance review, demonstrating strong governance practices and effective grant oversight across all disease components.
Key achievements include improved coordination between implementing partners, enhanced community engagement in grant monitoring, and strengthened reporting mechanisms to the Global Fund.
The review process involved comprehensive consultations with all CCM constituencies, including government representatives, civil society organizations, development partners, and the private sector. Recommendations from the review will inform the CCM's strategic priorities for the coming year.
